William CHESHIRE and Richad CHESHIRE being specially required by the testator to take notice that the contents of the nuncupative will was his diesire, State of NC, Bladen County
May Term 1785
At a County Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions in the county aforesaid, personally appeared Richard CHESHIRE of said county, planter, and made oath that being desired to bear witness to the within declaration of John Harrison in his last sickness which he made, being of sound mind and disposing memory, heard him duly express the intent and meaning as in the noncupative will before written, and that they say the same reduced to the present form of writing within ten days after the said John Harrison death, and that they have reason to believe that the said John Harrison has not made any other last will and testatment.
