This family living Cranberry, Allegheny Co., NC 1880. *children* are named grandchildren of Joseph Blevins (age 80). Polly Blevins (age 54) identifed as his daughter. Other children in household identifed as grandchildren. Alexander Billings is also enumerated with this family, identifed as a boarder. (See bastardy bond below). The Joseph Blevins, Jr. (age 13) in 1880 is, I believe, the same Joseph found in Wilkes Co., NC in 1900. In that census, Joseph is married and his mother, Polly, age 78, is living with his family. He also has a son named Millard whose birth date is 1898. In 1917-18 Millard identifed himself as Millard Roan Blevins.
